Police are investigating after a body was found beside a burnt-out vehicle in rural south-west Victoria.
A resident found the body in Wickliffe, 200km west of Melbourne, about 3pm on Monday and called emergency services to Chatsworth-Wickcliffe Road, near Karmala Lane.
Police are yet to formally identify the body or establish a cause of death but said the body was found beside a burnt-out vehicle.
