Afghan woman tells 9News the West has 'failed themselves'

An Afghan who tried to negotiate a peace deal with the Taliban has spoken to 9News about the future of her country.

The woman says the Taliban has already prevented teenage girls from going to secondary school, and the West has "failed themselves".
